In 2012, a team of human capital experts who have spent many years in HR leadership roles and who genuinely care about making a difference in business, with people and in the communities they live in, have founded Onboard.

With our deep proficiency, and aiming to stay abreast of market opportunities, we have assessed areas of concentration where we may grow and expand based on our capabilities.
